Posizione:
We are looking for a profile to join our Research & Development team with a focus on User Experience, Human Factors, and Cognitive Ergonomics.
The selected candidate will work on projects involving Human-Machine Interface (HMI) design in complex environments, contributing to user research activities, interaction evaluation, and UX design support.
This position is intended for someone with a strong academic background in psychology, cognitive neuroscience, or related fields, with experience or a clear interest in applying these skills to interactive system design.
Main Responsibilities
- Planning and conducting user studies (interviews, observations, usability testing)
- Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to support UX design decisions
- Supporting the definition of cognitive and functional requirements for interactive systems
- Collaborating with UX/UI designers and developers to optimize the user experience
- Preparing research documentation and presenting findings
- Master’s degree or PhD in Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Ergonomics, or similar fields
- Basic knowledge of UX research and usability evaluation methods
- Interest in human-machine interaction and user-centered design
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in HMI or high-complexity technology environments
- Familiarity with prototyping and design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
- Understanding of evidence-based approaches to design
