Posizione:

We are looking for a profile to join our Research & Development team with a focus on User Experience, Human Factors, and Cognitive Ergonomics.

The selected candidate will work on projects involving Human-Machine Interface (HMI) design in complex environments, contributing to user research activities, interaction evaluation, and UX design support.

This position is intended for someone with a strong academic background in psychology, cognitive neuroscience, or related fields, with experience or a clear interest in applying these skills to interactive system design.

Main Responsibilities

  • Planning and conducting user studies (interviews, observations, usability testing)
  • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to support UX design decisions
  • Supporting the definition of cognitive and functional requirements for interactive systems
  • Collaborating with UX/UI designers and developers to optimize the user experience
  • Preparing research documentation and presenting findings

Requisiti:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Ergonomics, or similar fields
  • Basic knowledge of UX research and usability evaluation methods
  • Interest in human-machine interaction and user-centered design
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HMI or high-complexity technology environments
  • Familiarity with prototyping and design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.)
  • Understanding of evidence-based approaches to design
