Candidate Profile
The candidate is a client-focused and analytically minded professional with a strong background in HR processes and systems, particularly within the Latvian and/or Lithuanian HR regulatory environment. They possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to translate complex system concepts into user-friendly explanations for clients.
They are skilled in case management, documentation, and testing, ensuring that solutions are not only functional but also well-communicated and aligned with client needs. The candidate demonstrates a high level of ownership in their work, proactively managing client issues and ensuring timely resolutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic environment, easily adapts to change, and takes a hands-on approach to both solution delivery and client communication. A commitment to quality, detail, and continuous improvement is essential for success in this role.

What You Will Do
Client Communication & Support
- Clearly explain system-related issues to clients in simple, understandable terms.
- Handle professional communication via helpdesk tickets and documentation.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for client queries and requests.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of HR processes, legal requirements, and system localization in Latvia and/or Lithuania.
- Ensure solutions are compliant with local employment laws and practices.
- Analyze client-reported issues to identify root causes.
- Design and recommend practical, effective, and tailored solutions to meet client needs, which may include system configuration or customization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage and monitor open cases.
- Ensure all client requests are addressed within agreed service-level timelines.
- Develop and execute test cases based on business requirements.
- Validate system updates and changes to ensure quality and functional accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation that reflects current system functionality.
- Record changes and enhancements in a clear, structured manner for internal and client reference.
- Provide training sessions or materials to help clients and key-users understand and effectively use the software.
- Customize training approaches based on user roles and skill levels.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in a professional, client-facing context.
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach to diagnosing and solving problems.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to document processes, requirements, and test cases clearly.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Knowledge of HR processes and local labor regulations in Latvia and/or Lithuania.
