Our client in the fintech domain is looking for a Portfolio Manager who will be focusing on maintaining loan portfolio performance, quality, and risk within the company's scope.
This is a data-heavy, analytically demanding position with strategic responsibilities spanning credit risk, product pricing, customer segmentation, and compliance.

This is a data-heavy, analytically demanding position with strategic responsibilities spanning credit risk, product pricing, customer segmentation, and compliance.
Key Duties
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (delinquency, defaults, recovery, prepayments).
- Segment customer portfolios by risk and behavior.
- Recommend and implement portfolio optimization and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, finance, product, collections).
- Use analytics tools (e.g., cohort analysis, vintage curves) for decision-making.
- Prepare regular reports for management and regulators.
- Conduct stress testing and credit loss forecasting.
- Support audits and regulatory reporting.
- Strong background in credit risk and portfolio management.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Physics or related.
- Solid financial accounting knowledge, especially provisions.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Analytical thinking and argumentation skills.
- Communication and cross-team collaboration.
- Technical skills in SQL, R, Python.
- Familiarity with loan management systems (e.g., Delfin).
- Prior experience in non-bank lending environments.
