Talent Programs & Systems Coordinator
Strategic Staffing Solutions International’s client is a global manufacturer of circuit protection, power control, and sensing technologies serving industrial, transportation, and electronics markets.
We are seeking a candidate with experience in managing systems and processes within a global environment.
The office is in Kaunas, but it’s possible to work remotely most of the time! (you would need to be in Kaunas only 4-6 times per month).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute goal setting, mid-year review, annual review, talent calibration, in partnership with HRIS
- Continuously optimize the talent management processes based on stakeholder experience and feedback
- Ensure all talent management processes are completed accurately and on time
- Communicate effectively with HR partners and managers regarding process completion and effectiveness
- Collaborate with HRIS to maintain and update talent management systems and tools
- Support tracking of training progress and completion within the L&D organization
- Assist in creating and distributing training communications to employees
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and ensure compliance with training requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Familiarity with talent management best practices and processes is a strong advantage
Salary is up to 2600 Eur/Gross & additional benefits.
