Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst – Temenos T24:

• Lead functional analysis and documentation for the transformation of core banking systems related to deposit, savings, and cash products.
• Conduct end-to-end business process analysis and propose optimized solutions aligned with project goals.
• Draft business requirements and functional specifications to support development and integration activities.
• Create and execute detailed test plans and perform integration and functional testing.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure successful integration of the Temenos T24/Transact solution.
• Support change management initiatives and deliver training to operational teams.
• Deliver high-quality project documentation including process descriptions, testing outcomes, and functional analysis.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementations throughout the project lifecycle.

How do we imagine our future Business Analyst – Temenos T24?

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 6–10 years in the banking sector.
• Strong expertise in deposit, savings, and current account product lifecycles.
• Proven experience with core banking transformation projects, ideally involving the Temenos T24 platform.
• Deep understanding of banking operations and functional processes related to cash and deposit products.
• Prior experience in system integration or usage of banking software packages.
• Proficiency in both English and French is essential.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in business requirement gathering, process modeling, testing, and end-user training.
