The Business Analyst Intern will play a key role in mapping and analyzing Jetfly’s business processes, data flows, and governance structures. Working closely with stakeholders across operations, IT, and management, this internship offers hands-on experience in process improvement and transformation within the dynamic business aviation sector. The position reports to the Director of Strategy & Transformation, under the overall request of the CEOs.

The Business Analyst Intern will play a key role in mapping and analyzing Jetfly’s business processes, data flows, and governance structures. Working closely with stakeholders across operations, IT, and management, this internship offers hands-on experience in process improvement and transformation within the dynamic business aviation sector. The position reports to the Director of Strategy & Transformation, under the overall request of the CEOs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to document and model business processes, combining BPMN, SIPOC, Data flows and catalogue.
- Support the development of governance tools such as RACI matrices.
- Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks, automation opportunities, and standardization needs.
- Animate workshops and meetings with operating stakeholders, ensuring active participation and clear outcomes.
- Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Contribute to the creation of a reusable knowledge base to support future automation and digitalization initiatives.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of process improvements.
- Fluent in English. French is a plus.
- Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Interest in business process mapping, data analysis, and transformation.
- Proficiency with tools such as Lucidchart for process mapping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
- Aviation-related experience or sensibility is a plus.
Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
- Bachelor's degree: €1,000
- 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
- Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
