Product Design

One of the companies we collaborate with at Joppy is looking to hire a Product Designer.

Now we’re looking for someone to elevate that space. A designer who sees interface as emotion. Someone who blends usability with beauty, clarity with expression. The product is already advanced, but we’re still shaping key parts of the experience — and you’ll be central to that evolution. This isn’t about starting from zero, but about making something already good feel unforgettable. You’ll be part of something big from the start — a brand, a product, a movement. If you love to express yourself through design, care about the small details that make people feel something, and want to have fun while building something meaningful, this is your place.

What You’ll Do

🎨 Refine and expand our mobile and web interfaces — adding polish, emotion, and functional elegance.

🧠 Translate complex ideas into intuitive, expressive user journeys.

📐 Create high-fidelity prototypes, design specs, and user flows rooted in emotional and visual clarity.

🎛 Build our design system in Figma from the ground up — setting the foundation for scalability and consistency.

🤝 Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure seamless execution — especially in a React Native environment.

🔍 Participate in discovery, testing, and user validation to keep designs grounded in real needs.

🏗 Help define our product and design culture from the start.

What We’re Looking For

● 4+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally mobile-first and consumer-facing. A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual craft, UX thinking, and emotional design.

● Mastery of Figma — you move confidently from concept to systematization.

● Familiarity with React Native — you understand how your designs will be built. Basic understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS/responsive design).

● Proactive, self-directed, and founder-minded. Excellent communicator and collaborator.

● Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Bonus Points

● You’ve built a full design system from scratch.

● You have a background in branding, art direction, or motion design.

● Experience with user research or usability testing.

● Interest in growing into a design leadership role.
