We’re looking for an Asset Management Digital Assets Specialist to:

• actively contribute to the development and implementation of Digital Assets strategic initiatives within the Asset Management division
• support fund tokenization initiatives by working closely with the Digital Assets Center of Excellence, the AM structuring teams as well as with legal, operations, and compliance
• conduct research on market trends, regulatory developments, and industry innovations related to blockchain, Web3, and digital assets
• support early-stage digital assets projects, including market research, product ideation, and proof-of-concept experiments
• manage and contribute to the Digital Assets Newsletter, ensuring timely and insightful updates
• assist in preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  
  

Your team
You’ll be working in the Digital Assets team within the Structuring & Client Platform business unit at UBS Asset Management and you will report directly into the Head of Digital Assets. Our team is dedicated to spearheading strategic initiatives aimed at developing the next generation of product offerings, leveraging the power of blockchain and digital assets.

Your expertise

• strong interest in blockchain, digital assets, and emerging financial technologies, with an eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends
• ideally 1-3 years of work experience, with exposure to emerging technologies, innovation, or product management
• basic understanding of asset management, financial markets, and investment structures
• strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
• ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively
• proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus
• high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
