Job Role:

• For our client we are looking for a Fullstack Engineer (.Net)
• The team is developing two products. A product called Service Configurator (Master of documenting connected services). The second product is Software Regulator (New tool developed to comply with Regulation regarding Software update management)

Responsibilities:

• We do all work in close collaboration with each other and openly share to create psychological safety.
• We pull from our backlog based on prioritization from the PO/DPO in alignment with stakeholders and architects.
• We collaborate to ensure the right functionality is being developed.
• We understand the product, the need it serves and the users that are using it.
• We estimate the size and complexity of the work to be able to plan the upcoming PIs.
• We determine and maintain the technical design/development in our area to be aligned to the POs/DPOs roadmap.
• We commit to the work we plan to accomplish in the upcoming PI and take needed actions to succeed.
• We are accountable to fulfill our definition of done for a feature and we make sure the Definition is written with the stakeholder.
• We own the whole life cycle design, develop, test, deploy in our product.
• We communicate internally and externally to create transparency and visualize our commitments/results for success.
• We share our knowledge and best practices within our team as well as with other teams.
• We provide ideas and take ownership of the “HOW” as we would strive to be the experts.
• We commit to continues improvement in our skills with growth mindset.
• We strive for a cross functional, T shaped team setup to deliver our product.
• We are committed to the quality and security of our product and continuously work to improve.
• We commit to supporting our product as the 3R line support.

Qualifications:

• Web development experience is required.
• .Net Framework, .NET Core, Angular, Svelte, Vue.JS, React, Entity Framework, GIT, MQ, SQL-server, Azure DevOps, Javascript.
• Experience with AI and automation technologies, including machine learning frameworks, automation tools, and AI-driven development practices.
• Ability to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Understanding data analysis and interpretation to inform automation strategies and AI model training.
• Test Driven Development experience
• Experience with JIRA, confluence, and Azure DevOps
• Security knowledge
• Cloud/Azure knowledge
• Growth mindset
