Windows DevOps Engineer

The Challenge

We’re looking for a Windows Engineer with a strong focus on automation and security to join a highly experienced and globally distributed infrastructure team. You’ll be part of a self-organizing DevOps team responsible for delivering secure, automated Windows infrastructure solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build automated infrastructure solutions within Windows environments
• Engineer automated delivery of Windows OS
• Create and enhance security tooling and automated compliance solutions
• Provide 3rd line support for Windows-related incidents and problems
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate across engineering and architecture teams
• Contribute to design and documentation of Windows product strategies
• Continuously look for ways to innovate and reduce manual efforts

Your Expertise

Must have skills:

• Solid Windows OS knowledge in large environments (5000+ servers)
• Strong in Powershell and Ansible (ideally Automation Platform)
• Experience with CyberArk, GIT, and cloud tools (vRealize, Azure)
• Familiar with Active Directory, DSC, and config automation
• Agile mindset, clear communicator, fluent in English

Nice to Have:

• Infra-as-Code experience
• Security-focused mindset
• ITIL and documentation skills

What you can expect

• Hybrid working model (1/2 day per week on-site)
• €4.700–€6.500 gross/month based on 40h, on top of this you get holiday allowance and a 13th month.
