Job Description

Are you a hands-on cybersecurity manager who thrives on taking ownership and delivering real impact? Do you have the skills to lead complex projects, coach junior colleagues, and drive business development? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do?

Lead complex cybersecurity projects at client sites from start to finish.
Actively contribute to business development and pre-sales activities.
Guide and mentor junior consultants in their development.
Support the creation of proposals and tenders based on client needs.
Drive innovation and promote best practices within the organization.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, combining technical depth with business insight.

Qualifications

Extensive experience (5+ years) in cybersecurity consulting or a similar role.
A hands-on mentality with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Proven ability to lead projects and coach team members.
Strong communication skills and commercial awareness.
Affinity with both technical content and business strategy.

Education: Bachelor or equivalent.

Experience: SENIOR

Languages: Dutch required, English desirable

Knowledge and experience of the following:

A completed HBO or WO education with a focus on IT or Cybersecurity.
At least 5 years of experience as a cybersecurity specialist in the field.
Certifications such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP or ISO Lead Implementer.
