Transformation Project/Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project/Program Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives, manage vendor negotiations, and deliver high-impact business solutions. The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder engagement, and experience in intellectual property programs (IPR, patents, trademarks).

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive large-scale transformation and strategic initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations and contract reviews.
• Oversee IPR, patent, and trademark programs for enterprise users.
• Apply project/program management best practices to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead risk, cost, and change management activities.
• Engage and align global stakeholders; manage team performance and communication.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project/program management, ideally with global exposure.
• Strong vendor negotiation and contract review skills.
• Background in managing IPR-related initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder, team, and performance management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant certification preferred.
