We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our CEO office! As Project Manager, you will be part of a newly formed team reporting directly to our Group CEO. The team is responsible for driving high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across Sambla Group. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in project management and is eager to gain exposure to executive-level project work. You’ll work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership to support the successful execution of strategic projects from initiation to completion.

Amongst Other Things, You Will
- Support in planning, execution, and follow-up of key organizational projects
- Prepare high-level briefings, progress reports and presentations for the CEO
- Coordinate meetings, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation
- Conduct research, prepare materials, and contribute to executive presentation
- Identify and resolve day-to-day issues that arise within ongoing projects
- Help ensure alignment across departments by facilitating communication and transparency
- Monitor timelines, resource use, and risks in collaboration with project leads
- Assist in development of templates, tools, and processes that support scalable project management
- Strong interest and experience in project management, organizational development, or change management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
- Analytical mindset and ability to grasp and structure complex issues quickly
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling senistive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
- Previous experience of Project Management
- University degree
- Good AI proficiency
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Miro and Jira
