We are looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our small team.

You will take ownership of analytical projects and drive innovation in data analysis.

What will you be doing?

In this role you won’t simply develop dashboards and reports, instead you'll play an active role in defining what, how and why we track and measure KPI’s. Collaborating with teams across the company, from product to customer care, you'll gain insights into their needs, dive into the date and create solutions.

- Independently solve problems, analyse data, and answer questions using Excel/Sheets, SQL, Python, Superset, or any other affordable tool you're proficient with.

-Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs.

- Work with different teams to define problems, gather requirements, find data, and select the tool to solve the problem.

-Identify patterns and trends in data that can help optimise business processes.

-Be a point of contact in all things data and numbers in the company.

- Develop and maintain data models to support decision-making.

-Contribute to broader analytics projects and support team members as needed

Who are you?

-Experience in BI, ideally within Digital products, e-commerce, iGaming

-Solid SQL skills and experience working with Python, Superset, or any other BI tool.

-Work with different teams to define problems, gather requirements and find data through the appropriate tools.

-Proven ability to analyse and solve complex problems.

-Understanding of data principles and best practices.

-Clear communicator who’s comfortable presenting findings with technical and on technical people.

-Able to work both independently and collaboratively in small cross-functional team.

-You enjoy being part of a fun, fast-paced and agile team.

-Good communications skills in English
