Work Model:

• Warsaw hybrid model ( 1 day office in week)
• Shifts - 48h x2 per month
• On-duty engagement details: 8% of an hourly rate for every on-duty hour outside of working hours + 100% hourly rate for every hour of intervention

Budget (based on experience):

• COP up to 15 000 zł gross
• B2B up to 1050 zł net/ day

Projekt:

Work on a project related to the development and maintenance of services for the client's product.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality code for the technical platform, including backend services, APIs, and automation scripts.
• Participate in on-calls
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to gather and refine requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Language skills:

• Upper-lntermediate (B2)

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

• Strong proficiency in .NET platform and C# language - 3 years+
• Familiarity with software design patterns and testing methodologies
• Think outside the box and have a broad perspective on their work
• Want to be proud of the code they write, are open to feedback and are willing to share their knowledge during code reviews
• Can search for efficient solutions to meet users' requirements
• Are eager to continuously develop their skills and update their knowledge
• Problem solving
• Fast learner
• Specific tools
• Microsoft .NET developer platform, including SDK, IDE, debugging toolset, performance testing utilities
• HTTP protocol development and testing toolset e.g. Postman, Wireshark
• Swagger
