Why This Role Matters

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a brand new Engineering team. This team will look after strategic Compliance and Regulations automation and tooling, allowing the company to successfully navigate an ever increasingly complex global compliance landscape.

As a senior developer in our engineering department, you will be responsible for guiding the team through the development lifecycle and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services. Your role will involve writing code, of course, but also leading the team during design sessions, helping coach junior members of the team, and setting high Engineering standards.

What You Must Have Experience In

• Strong hands-on coding experience and knowledge in backend, frontend and data-driven environments
• Working with Agile methodologies
  
  

Experience We Consider a Plus

• At least one of Java, Golang, Kotlin, Python or a similar programming language
• Knowledge and experience with data pipelines (Kafka or similar)
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS preferable)
• Mapping of platform architectures
• System design
• Strong understanding of security best practices
• Kubernetes or a similar container orchestrator
