We are looking for “Product Designer” to join the inspiring journey of Dias, a unique technology solutions provider in its field in Turkey.

What we expect? / Duty And Responsibilities :

Main Responsibilities:

• Actively take part in UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) design processes for the company's digital products,
• Create user journeys and wireframe prototypes using modern design tools such as Figma,
• Establish consistent visual and interaction standards for all digital products, preparing Design Kits and Design Systems that will protect and enhance the company's brand integrity,
• From the initial stage of the design process, ensure ideas are implemented by working closely and collaboratively with product managers and engineering teams,
• Plan and conduct user research, transform insights gained from research into concrete design solutions,
• Support a user-centered approach in decision-making by understanding different user segments and creating personas and customer journey maps,
• Take part in usability testing processes for current products to identify and improve user experience issues,
• Present design work and ideas clearly and convincingly to upper management and other relevant stakeholders, and ensure that design decisions are made transparently.

Qualifications We Are Looking For :

• Graduated from departments such as Industrial Design, Visual Communication Design, User Experience Design, Graphic Design, Computer Engineering, or similar,
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in digital product design in technology companies,
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in UX and UI design,
• Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma (wireframes, user journeys, prototypes),
• Experience in creating user journey maps, personas, and user flows based on research and user behavior insights,
• Experience in responsive and mobile-first design approaches,
• Knowledge and application of accessibility standards (WCAG),
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills,
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
