We are opening a Product Designer seat. You will collaborate closely with the CEO & engineering team to transform UI into a cohesive, delightful user experience and to shape the design system future agents (and humans) will build upon. KLARK already ships AI‑generated UI code daily—your craft will elevate those raw outputs into a cohesive, lovable experience and establish the design system that future agents (and humans) build upon.

• This role can be part-time or full-time, depending on the person. If you are exceptional, we’ll bring you on as a core team member with full-time, founder-style intensity (60–70+ hours weekly) and equity upside. If you’re strong but not a perfect fit yet, you may contribute part-time or on a project basis. We’re looking for talent, not ticking boxes.
• Create intuitive UX flows and stunning UI across web and (future) mobile, ensuring every screen aligns with our brand vision and functional requirements.
• Leverage the latest AI‑powered design tools to accelerate ideation, component generation, and design‑to‑code hand‑off.
• Build and maintain KLARK’s design system—tokens, components, interaction patterns, and accessibility guidelines—so AI agents can reference and extend it reliably.
• Translate complex product concepts into clear, interactive prototypes and work hand‑in‑hand with engineers to ship production‑quality experiences—owning product design, developing pixel‑perfect, code‑ready specifications.
• Continuously research emerging AI, agentic UX patterns, and multimodal UI trends; infuse best practices into our product and documentation.

• A history of exceptional design achievement—you’ve designed a product people love or built a design system at scale.
• 5+ years designing production software with a strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership.
• Mastery of Figma (or equivalent) plus hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted design features and plugins.
• Ability to generate developer‑ready assets (tokens, components, motion specs) and collaborate through tools or component libraries.
• Deep understanding of UX heuristics, interaction design, information architecture, and accessible, responsive web design.

• Experience designing AI‑first or agentic products, multimodal interfaces, or data‑dense dashboards.
• Comfort reading or writing front‑end code (e.g. React/TypeScript/Tailwind) to prototype advanced interactions.
• Prior work setting up or evolving a design system used by multiple product teams (or agent frameworks).
• Background in motion design, 3D, or creative coding to push visual boundaries.
