If you are willing to start or develop your career in a multinational company in a dynamic ING Marketing Communications Team in our Maslak Headquarters, to be considered for our “Graphic Designer” position,

If you think you have most of the following qualifications;

• University degree preferably in Graphic Design, Industrial design or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Strong ability to use Figma and Adobe programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio that shows your unique skillset and design approach.
• Knowledge of design principles such as composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and more.
• Exceptional creativity and detail-oriented designer mindset with fast-learning skills.
• Experience with making illustrations is a plus.
• Experience in creative agency is a plus.

If you think you may take charge of the following responsibilities;

• Design daily marketing materials for digital properties; push notification, email marketing, website and mobile app.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into visually appealing designs,
• Ensure consistency across various channels
• Working with creative, web design and A/B testing agencies and internal teams in order to enhance digital marketing performances,
• Ensuring ING brand, communication and digital guidelines were implemented throughout digital channels.
