Job Description: We are looking for an experience scrum masters/leaders who will support Company in adoption of a platform operating model (POM) using Agile scrum methodology. Scrum leader will be responsible for a delivery of a commitment made by a POD/Team, ensure implementation of guidance on the application of Agile practices, Company Core agile scrum framework & associated processes and help with adoption of agile mindset. Scrum lead will be responsible for agile tools implementations using JIRA and Confluence. They should protect the Pod /team from outside distractions, conducts ceremony facilitation, and removes impediments. They will be playing a role of a scrum lead/master for 2 PODs/teams Expertise

 Deep knowledge and experience with agile ways of working

 Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master
