🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Analyst

What You'll Do:
- Gathering requirements from business partners and being a bridge between the business side and developers in the IT Department using business analysis methodologies,
- Understanding the requirements and translate those into technical and functional designs,
- Participating in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality, tracking, and fully documenting changes for functional and business specifications.
Who You Are:
- Graduated from Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering or related engineering departments of universities,
- Min. 1 year of experience in business analysis or a related field,
- Experience in tourism industry is a plus,
- Excellent command of English,
- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development LifeCycle) Processes,
- Familiarity with Atlassian Tools Suite (Jira, Confluence) is a plus,
- Familiarity with web services test tools such as Postman-SoapUI is a plus,
- Familiarity with design tools to create screen mockups such as Figma-Axure-Balsamic is a plus Excellent documentation skills,
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and solution-oriented attitude,
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions,
- Researcher with advanced problem solving and analytical thinking skills,
- No restrictions for travelling.
- Tourism know how is a plus,
- Experience with integration applications,
- Having worked on ERP systems.
