Job Title: Digital Workplace Services Project Manager

My client are seeking an experienced and proactive Digital Workplace Services Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end workplace transformation initiatives.

This is a remote freelance role requiring fluency in both German and English to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor Digital Workplace Services projects (e.g., M365, device rollout, ITSM transition)
• Coordinate between technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure quality, compliance, and user satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and end-user experience

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in IT project management
• Strong knowledge of collaboration tools, endpoint management, and ITIL processes
• Proven ability to lead virtual teams and deliver in dynamic environments
• Excellent communication skills in German & English
• PMP, Prince2, or ITIL certification is a plus
