The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Sales Engineer to join our team full-time in Dubai. You will be responsible for driving sales of CaliberTeches' innovative products and services, as well as solutions from our esteemed technology partners, within the UAE and KSA markets.
What You'll Be Selling:
CaliberTeches' Solutions:
- AI-Powered Solutions including AI Personalized Marketing Videos, AI-Powered Video Stream Solutions.
- Ready-Made Solutions such as Intellexi (AI-powered document processing), AutoTask (AI-powered scheduling assistant), Aspira (AI-powered remote interview assistant), and EngazeWell (end-to-end AI recruitment platform).
- Comprehensive Odoo ERP solutions.
- Technical Services including Managed IT Services, Mobile and Web Development, Integration Services, Custom Tech Solutions, and Staff Augmentation.
- Digital Transformation Services including Application Modernization, Digital Strategy Consulting, and Product Discovery & Prototype.
- Partner Products and Services: Solutions from our trusted partners
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the UAE and KSA regions.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the enterprise software market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our AI, ERP, cloud, and technical solutions.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions from our diverse portfolio.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in enterprise software sales and pre-sales within the GCC market, with a strong focus on UAE and/or KSA.
- Proven experience with ERP and cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Bonus Points:
- Bilingual (Arabic/English).
- Odoo sales and pre-sales experience.
