What You’ll Do

• Drive Business Outcomes: Align product strategy with business objectives. Use data and market insights to prioritize work that delivers measurable value, helping us scale solutions and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market
• Lead with Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and commercial teams. Foster a culture of psychological safety, trust, and open communication, enabling bold innovation and rapid learning
• Embrace Continuous Learning: Value what we build and what we learn. Leverage experimentation, feedback, and analytics to iterate quickly, making informed decisions and avoiding costly mistakes
• Model Product Leadership: Inspire and coach your team, helping build a high-performing, empowered product organization. Advocate for the product model and help drive our transformation journey

• Demonstrated experience delivering outcomes-not just outputs-in product management, ideally in eMobility, energy, retail, or SaaS. We are looking for difference-makers, not just box tickers.
