Consulting Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Consulting Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic consulting engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strong project management capabilities and a deep understanding of the consulting delivery lifecycle to drive impact, quality, and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage consulting projects end-to-end, from initiation and scope definition to delivery and close-out, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
  • Act as the day-to-day client liaison, building trust-based relationships and ensuring consistent communication, issue resolution, and project transparency.
  • Develop detailed project workplans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation frameworks to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional consulting teams, providing direction, support, and coaching, while fostering collaboration and accountability across all workstreams.
  • Conduct in-depth research, market assessments, and data-driven analysis to inform project insights and client recommendations.
  • Drive the development of client deliverables—presentations, reports, and dashboards—that synthesize findings into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
  • Facilitate client workshops, steering committees, and stakeholder interviews to shape strategy, co-create solutions, and ensure alignment.
  • Monitor project performance and lead internal reviews to ensure delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and adherence to consulting best practices.
  • Contribute to the refinement of consulting methodologies, toolkits, and knowledge assets to improve delivery capability and scale.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and identification of follow-on opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends to bring relevant insights to client engagements.
  • Champion internal knowledge sharing, contribute to thought leadership, and support team development through coaching and mentorship.
  • Perform other consulting-related responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager, in line with evolving project and business priorities.


Educational Qualification and work experience -

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications including PMP, CFA, CMA, CRM, CISSP, CMC etc is a plus.
  • 8+ years’ experience in a professional business environment. Management consulting, strategy, or related roles preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to convey ideas clearly and succinctly.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
