Job Details:-

Location: Singapore

Office: MBFC, at least 3 days' work from office.

Project Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension

Job Summary: -

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in capital markets—preferably in Bonds Issuance or Securities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs),and will possess excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Drive workshops and stakeholder discussions to elicit requirements and resolve conflicts.
• Support project delivery through testing, validation, and change management.

Required Qualifications:-

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
• Strong domain knowledge in Bonds Issuance, Securities, or broader Capital Markets.
• Demonstrated expertise in writing BRDs and FSDs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
