Summary
Join a fast-paced project driving the migration of ERP systems from SAP to JDE. As Assistant Project Manager, you will coordinate project planning, cross-departmental communication, risk mitigation, training, and documentation-ensuring successful delivery and adoption of the new system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the full lifecycle of the ERP migration project-from planning to hypercare.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource tracking.

• Facilitate project meetings and prepare status updates for stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business units to ensure system requirements are captured and addressed.

• Coordinate training and user onboarding across departments.

• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies proactively.

• Create and maintain project documentation (plans, reports, specifications, training material).

• Monitor ERP performance and suggest improvements.

• Handle any other tasks assigned by project leads.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field.

• 5+ years of project management experience.

• Hands-on knowledge of SAP and JDE systems.

• Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage timelines effectively.
