We’re looking for a GenAI and AI Specialist to support our team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities

1. Generative AI and ML Development

• Design, develop, and implement GenAI models and applications
• Optimize existing GenAI systems for performance and efficiency
• Stay updated with latest advancements in GenAI technologies
• Manage AI/ML development processes and infrastructure

2. Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with data scientists, developers, and stakeholders
• Communicate AI model utility to product managers and executives
• Translate technical concepts for non-technical team members

3. Data Analysis and Infrastructure

• Perform statistical analysis to support decision-making
• Build and manage data transformation infrastructure
• Automate critical data science tasks and workflows

4. Model Deployment and Integration

• Deploy ML and GenAI models via APIs for broader use
• Develop and maintain API documentation
• Ensure seamless system integration of AI solutions

5. Innovation and Research

• Explore emerging GenAI methodologies to enhance product capabilities
• Contribute to AI roadmap and innovation strategies

6. Evaluation

• Design testing protocols to validate GenAI models
• Ensure AI system scalability, reliability, and ethical standards
• Conduct regular audits for model accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of software development experience with AI/ML focus
• Strong foundation in Generative AI, NLP, and computer vision
• Experience in deploying AI models and integrating via APIs
• Knowledge of ethical AI and data privacy best practices
• Proficient in data warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and databases
• Skilled in data mining and advanced statistical analysis
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
