Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Technical Delivery Lead to oversee the successful execution and delivery of software development projects. This role is ideal for an experienced technologist who thrives in dynamic environments, excels in leading technical teams, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end technical design, development, and delivery of software solutions.
  • Define, document, and validate software architecture to align with business and technical requirements.
  • Maintain and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and high code quality across the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and Business Analysts.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure delivery of technical components on time and in sync with overall project milestones.
  • Provide technical mentorship and leadership to development team members.
  • Conduct code reviews and architecture evaluations to ensure performance and scalability.

Qualifications

Bilingual resources.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on software development experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership or delivery lead role.
  • Strong background in software architecture, design principles, and development methodologies.
  • Proficient in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, or others).
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
