Hiring Service Projects Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of service projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Lead project teams and ensure effective resource planning and allocation.
• Oversee technical execution and ensure adherence to Siemens standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project risks effectively.
• Maintain documentation including project plans, reports, and service records.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and Siemens protocols.
• Provide technical guidance on Siemens BMS, FAS, and ACS systems.
• Support after-sales service operations and contract execution.
• Report regularly to senior management and stakeholders on project status and performance.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing service or technical projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience with Siemens systems: BMS (e.g., Desigo CC), Fire Alarm Systems, and Access Control Systems
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, fire safety, and security system integration.
• Familiarity with local codes and regulations in Qatar is a plus.
