Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying potential clients through market research and data analysis.
  • Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and customer follow-ups.
  • Help maintain and update CRM systems with customer and prospect information.
  • Attend sales meetings and take part in presentations and calls.
  • Draft emails, proposals, and other client-facing communications under supervision.
  • Participate in product/service training and gain a strong understanding of company offerings.
  • Gather feedback from customers and prospects and share insights with the team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Enthusiasm for sales, marketing, and working in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Previous internship or relevant project experience is a plus.
