- Minimum role requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Experience:
- Senior Specialist: 6 with bachelor degree
- Manages data collection and reporting activities related to In-Country Value strategy and supports Senior Manager ICV with his duties.
- Responsible for reporting of all relevant ICV indicators and collecting data from stakeholders.
- Works with OED and IT teams to improve internal systems and enhance ICV reporting.
- Continuously seeks for improvement & optimization of existing ICV reports and data analysis and works together with all relevant units and departments to agree on and implement the changes.
- Defines use-cases and detailed business requirements for ICV-related system.
- Manages the ICV spend analysis including collection of spend data, cleansing and categorization of data.
- Responsible for aligning all reports with OIA standards and requirements.
- Define and maintains KPIs for IC reporting, including dashboards, measurement methods, reporting frequency and required accuracy.
- Monitor and Report the ICV performance against the plans submitted by the main Vendors
- Define, rollout and manage the validation process against actual ICV performance reported by main contractor.
- Lead the development of an action plan to treat all deviations of performance to the ICV plan.
- Represent the ICV team’s corporate engagement initiatives with the local community and Government bodies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of ICV strategies.
- Monitor compliance with ICV policies and procedures.
