Product Manager, Health Insurance, Contract, Start ASAP,

My client, a leading global health insurer, is embarking on a major overhaul of its PMI (Private Medical Insurance) and IPMI (International Private Medical Insurance) product portfolio. You'll ensure their PMI and IPMI products meet evolving regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional customer value. This role requires an expert who can implement modern product management approaches while ensuring operational excellence across the entire policy life cycle

This will be an initial 6 month contract, hybrid London and inside IR35.

You will be involved in the :-

• Redesign core Private Medical Insurance and International Medical Insurance products for digital-first distribution
• Re-engineer back-office operations (underwriting to claims)
• Embed FCA/PRA compliance into agile delivery cycles

Essential Experience

• 10+ years in health insurance product leadership (PMI/IPMI essential)
• Deep expertise in:
• Product and Policy administration systems and processes
• Claims management workflows
• Underwriting rules implementation
• Track record of rolling out governance & compliance frameworks under FCA/PRA scrutiny
• Experience with insurance platforms
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements
