Fuse Energy is seeking a creative Visual Designer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of renewable energy for everyday consumers by conceptualising and executing creative campaigns across a variety of platforms.
You will work closely with key decision makers (from executives to developers) in the company to increase brand awareness and brand engagement. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of brand style (from in-app icons, character designs, to performance ads) making your designs integral to our brand and user engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design Excellence: Create high-quality visuals for mobile apps, websites, and responsive web applications that align with our mission and user needs
- Campaign Creatives: Develop compelling performance ads and marketing materials that drive engagement and elevate brand awareness
- Iconography & Characters: Design custom icons and characters to enhance product features and brand storytelling
- Digital Content Creation: Deliver visually engaging assets for social media posts, website visuals, and product-related content
- Motion Graphics: Create 2D and 3D motion graphics to enhance campaigns and digital experiences
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, developers, and engineers to ensure cohesive and user-focused design solutions
- Data-Driven Design: Leverage insights and user feedback to optimize designs, ensuring they resonate with target audiences
- Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with Fuse Energy's brand identity
- 3+ years of experience in visual design, with a focus on consumer-facing communications and campaigns
- Proficiency in motion graphics and 3D with a portfolio showcasing animation work
- Proven strong visual sensibility, with expertise in graphic design, typography, and alternative media
- Bachelor's degree in a highly analytical discipline
- Experience in product design is a plus, with the ability to collaborate on user-centric solutions
