Engineer (Part-Time/ Flexible hours)

What’s the role?

We’re looking for a motivated Technologist to join our team all while working flexible hours that fit your schedule as we all have busy lives

We’re hiring for part-time, permanent roles in our HQ in Sydney, with hybrid flexibility available.

As a hands-on Engineer in our Digital Consumer Finance team, you’ll help design, build, and support technology used in our customer-facing platforms. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced Agile team that values collaboration, simplicity, and continuous improvement—delivering real solutions across digital payments, cards, and financial services.

What do I need?

• Experience building or supporting customer-facing applications
• Coding and problem-solving skills using JavaScript or Java-based technologies
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g. React JS) and API design
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, or Bamboo
• A collaborative mindset and passion for clean, scalable code
• Bonus: Experience with Spring Boot, OAuth/JWT, or performance tools (e.g. Splunk)
