The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Execute quality improvements in the whole LLM life-cycle, analyze headroom, prototype, prompt engineer, collect data, train, eval, iterate/repeat.
  • Write high quality code (colab, C++ pipelines, Kotlin) at high velocity to integrate quality components within next generation of Search infrastructure (e.g., Mars).
  • Find simple solutions to hard problems in constantly changing environment.
  • Focus on delivering quality impact on metrics in offline evals (human evals, autoraters) and live traffic.
