Your mission?

Lead a team of software engineer to achieve their business goals

What are the responsibilities for this role? 🧠

• Propose a technical roadmap for the team
• Maintain existing functionalities.
• Build technical definitions for upcoming projects
• Keep track of the career path of team members
• Hiring / Letting people go when necessary
• Set proper expectations for stakeholders
  
  
  

Job Requirements?💻

• +3 Years of experience leading teams of more than 3 people
• Similar position in at least 2 companies
• Familiarity with development of web applications
• Solid hands on experience in GoLang or TypeScript (NodeJs)
• Solid software architecture knowledge
• Familiarity with Cloud Computing, Monitoring, Microservices, Messaging queues, and databases
