We are looking for a talented Part- time UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts on requirements and Developers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Apply A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to refine and improve designs.
- Ensure designs align with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
- Proficiency in design tools – Figma preferred.
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, AngularJS).
- Experience with UX research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability testing).
- Experience in the Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services industry is a plus.
- Experience designing for mobile applications
