Job Opportunity: Full Stack Developer (All Genders)

Our partner company in Germany is on the lookout for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join their mission-driven team. Specializing in advanced business intelligence solutions for network operators, this innovative company focuses on intelligent traffic steering and load balancing for large IP networks. The role offers a hybrid work model in Berlin (after the onbording, remote possible in Germany), competitive compensation, and the chance to contribute to cutting-edge solutions that transform network analytics.

Position Overview:

  • Role: Full Stack Developer
  • Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid with optional monthly office week)
  • Salary: Up to €75,000 + Virtual Stock Option Program (VSOP)
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years, ideally 5+ years in full stack development
  • Languages: English (C1 required); German is a plus

Role Responsibilities:

  • Back-End Development: Develop high-performance, scalable back-end components using Python.
  • Front-End Development: Contribute to front-end development using TypeScript and React with a focus on user experience.
  • CI/CD Management: Develop and maintain continuous integration and automated code quality assurance processes.
  • Architectural Input: Participate in system design and architectural trade-offs.

Tech Stack:

  • Languages: Python 3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust
  • Frameworks/Tools: React, D3.js, MobX, Django REST Framework, pytest, Cypress, Docker Compose, ClickHouse, GitLab CI/CD, Linux/Shell
  • Database: Experience with SQL-based databases (e.g., ClickHouse)

Your Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in full stack development, with a preference for 5+ years.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Python 3, React, and TypeScript; solid understanding of API design, tooling, and testing frameworks.
  • Data Visualization: Familiarity with statistical processing and visualization techniques.
  • Team Mindset: Thoughtful, self-driven team player with a collaborative spirit.

Nice to Have:

  • Network Knowledge: Understanding of internet topology and transport mechanics.
  • Visualization Skills: Insights into network traffic visualization.
  • Rust Proficiency: Experience with Rust is a bonus.

Employment Details:
