Your New Challenges Which Will Inspire You
- Manage product development projects (pre- and post-marketing) for drugs and drug/device combination products in the business units Critical Care, Haematology and Immunotherapy
- Propose, initiate, plan, monitor, document and close complex projects
- Apply XLPM project management standards
- Coordinate and lead several multi-disciplinary, cross-functional project teams across Octapharma sites and with academia partners and CMOs
- Integrate drug development at all stages by closely interacting with all internal and external stakeholders including scientists, engineers, manufacturers, clin-ops, regulatory managers and product managers
- Report progress, communicate risk and de-escalate issues to the Steering Group and executive management
- Assist in development and management of best practice sharing between project management groups at different sites
- University degree (MSc, PhD, or equivalent) in natural sciences in combination with min. 3 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical company
- Proven track record in project management (PM certification/qualification is a plus)
- Interpersonal and leadership skills to build credibility and influence experts and functional leaders
- Communication skills to set objectives and promote a strong team culture with open discussion
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English (oral and written), additional strong German preferred skills
