As Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end onboarding of 2 integration projects for the Fleet department.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that 2x new Jack Up vessels and mission-critical equipment’s are accurately represented, maintained, and tracked within Maximo, enabling operational readiness and long-term asset reliability. You will coordinate across technical, digital, and operational teams to ensure seamless integration of vessel data, reliability strategies, and maintenance workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership:
Lead the onboarding projects for two new jack-up vessels and mission-critical equipment’s, ensuring timely and accurate integration into Maximo.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with Reliability Engineering, Digital Data Engineers, and Vessel 's crew to gather and validate asset data.
• System Integration:
Oversee the creation of vessel’s backbone, asset hierarchies, spare parts inventory, and maintenance strategies in Maximo.
• Data Governance:
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with asset management standards.
• Reporting & Communication:
Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and milestones.
• Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance asset onboarding processes and digital workflows.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within maritime, offshore, or heavy equipment industries.
• Familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems (preferably Maximo).
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and reliability engineering.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and project management tools (e.g., DevOps).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Experience with digital transformation or data-driven asset management projects.
