Freelance Expert – Data Reporting & Visualisation

Location: Brussels (Hybrid: 50% on-site, 50% remote)

A leading financial institution is looking for a freelance Data Reporting & Visualisation Expert to join one of its business clusters. The role focuses on performance analysis, marketing optimization, and the development of actionable insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze campaign performance and deliver insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports tracking campaign results and customer behavior.
• Identify improvement opportunities and propose data-driven enhancements to increase conversion and growth.
• Support users with performance tools and foster data literacy within the team.

Profile:

• Strong analytical mindset with a collaborative and proactive approach.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful insights.
• Experienced in performance analysis, ideally within marketing or communications.
• Skilled in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Fluency in English and either French or Dutch (both preferred).
