Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development initiatives across Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, and Layer 2 ecosystems
• Expand token integration in liquidity platforms, lending protocols, and governance-aligned systems
• Develop partnerships with treasuries, infrastructure networks, and DeFi service providers
• Coordinate ecosystem participation strategies across proposals, liquidity pools, and cross-network programs
• Analyze performance using blockchain analytics tools such as Dune, DeFiLlama, or similar platforms

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of experience in blockchain partnerships, business operations, or decentralized finance
• Track record of executing strategic collaborations in DeFi or institutional blockchain markets
• Familiar with on-chain data platforms and metrics-based strategy development
• Comfortable working in remote, autonomous teams and aligning across stakeholder ecosystems
• Exposure to treasury frameworks, governance systems, or liquidity management tools is preferred

• Salary: $130,000–$220,000. Performance incentives may include token-based rewards
