Job Summary

As a Level One Network Engineer, you will provide first-level support for network infrastructure, assisting in the maintenance and troubleshooting of network issues. You will work closely with our remote to ensure optimal network performance and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor network performance and respond to alerts.

Troubleshoot and resolve basic network issues, including connectivity problems.

Support end-users with network access and connectivity issues.

Participate in network maintenance and updates during scheduled maintenance windows.

Basic understanding of networking concepts.

Familiarity with network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
