Product Manager

Description

OUR CLIENT — is a B2B/B2C EU-oriented company, which offers personal, business, and merchant account opening, payment processing, money exchange, internal, SEPA, and SWIFT transfers, as well as other banking operations completely online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product roadmap;
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of high-quality products;
• Create & launch new features based on the product development life cycle;
• Establish and regularly monitor key service metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in product management, preferably within fintech, payments, or digital banking domains;
• At least 2 years of proven experience in business requirements elicitation, including translating stakeholder needs into precise product requirements;
• Strong understanding of the merchant business, including payment processing and e-commerce;
• Advanced English (spoken and written);
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable tasks and user stories for developers.

Preference will be given to candidates with the following:

• Proven experience in launching online products for areas such as transfers, cards, marketing, or merchant;
• Knowledge of different payment methods;
• Understanding of relevant compliance and regulatory frameworks;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Strong at decision-making.

Compensation:

Salary range: €5,000 - €5,300 EUR gross monthly*

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
