Job Description

The position is joining our Request for Proposals & Due Dilligence (RfP & DDQ) function (RfP) & Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) function at Danske Bank and within the Asset Management division of Large Corporates & Institutions Lithuania. The purpose of the function is to enable promotion of the firm and its asset management capabilities. Documents are intended for existing as well as prospective clients and all content should be of high quality and produced in a timely manner. You will collaborate with the entire Asset Management value chain, building and maintaining a deep insight into the Asset Management industry.

Asset Management is Danske Bank’s specialist in fund and asset management managing assets for institutional and private investors in the Nordics and beyond. We operate in a dynamic industry with regulatory changes that strengthen the demand for always having updated processes and documentation.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

You will:

  • Plan, lead and project manage the completion of client DDQ and RfPs in a timely manner with a high quality
  • Be responsible for maintaining and improving the DDQs and RfPs database for content accuracy, consistency, and simplicity
  • Collaborate with the firm’s value chain consisting of e.g. sales, investments and operations
  • Contribute to innovation and quality improvement enhancing the client experience and contributing to an increased success rate

The tasks listed are the main responsibilities but as we continuously optimise our ways of working, other tasks can be expected.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Business Administration/ or a related field
  • Ability to work in a structured manner under time pressure whilst managing a range of stakeholders across countries delivering a client friendly outcome
  • An effective communicator with an ability to engage with different types of personalities and stakeholders
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to address problems and work consistently toward solutions
  • An organised individual with high attention to detail and a systematic approach that enables structured workflow and management of deadlines
  • Advanced English skills (written and verbal), language proficiency in written and spoken English; other languages will be an advantage
  • Working experience from a financial sector company, ideally an asset manager
  • Strong technical proficiency, knowledge of AI tools would be a strength

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
