Must-haves In The Technology Stack

5+ years of professional experience in software development, with 3+ years of production Rust experience.
Strong grasp of Rust fundamentals, including ownership, lifetimes, concurrency, and async programming.
Experience building scalable backend systems, low-level services, or performance-critical applications.
A solid understanding of systems design, architecture, and clean code practices.
Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and benchmarking in Rust.
Comfortable working with git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.

A Bit More About The Ideal Candidate

Familiarity with containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Relevant experience with at least one of these domains: embedded systems, blockchain, databases, game development, networking containerization and cloud
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, explaining technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Independence in your tasks and decisions while keeping the rest of the team in mind.
A proactive approach, a growth mindset, problem-solving skills, and being a real team player.
