Within the Data Solutions for SME's part of the bank, our Data Science team plays a key role in driving innovation through data. We believe that data is one of the most valuable assets in today’s financial world. Our mission is to support data-driven decision-making to better serve our SME customers.

We focus on understanding data—its origins, usage, and quality. Working closely with engineering, credit risk, and other teams, we continuously unlock new data sources and enhance our data landscape. This enables our broader team to apply analytics across all areas of their work.

As a  Data Scientist Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced data scientists on real-world projects. You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of model development—from data extraction and quality checks to model design and implementation.

You’ll collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience in both technical and business aspects of data science

You and your talent

• Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or analytics modeling
• Strong interest in data science and AI
• Good storytelling skills—able to translate data into insights
• Excellent communication skills—engage stakeholders and support decision-making
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Ability to think from multiple perspectives (e.g., risk, client needs)
