Role: DevOps Specialist.

Location: Remote, from Portugal.

Required skills:

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or similar areas;
  • Min. 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer;
  • Experience with AWS services;
  • Experience in networking concepts (AWS network);
  • Experience building scalable infrastructure in AWS;
  • Experience programming with Python and AWS SDK;
  • Experience or familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC);
  • Strong understanding of the Linux OS;
  • Strong background in Automation and DevOps methodologies, including the use of operational tools and deployment best practices;
  • Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Crossplane and Cloudformation);
  • Certified AWS at either the Developer or SysOps Associate level, or as a DevOps Engineer Professional.;
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Cloudwatch); Hands-on experience with GIT, AWS CodeCommit or similar;
  • Experience in Continuous Integration; Experience with Docker and ECS;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
  • Analytic professional, with critical thinking;
  • Strong reporting skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
